| How to make a reservation 1) Call and speak with any of the managers on duty. 2) The manager will let you know what dates and times are available. 3) Choose as many dates and times as you'd like, but you must be able to confirm all your reservations within 4 hours. 4) You must provide a major credit card to hold your reservations. 5) Payment is due on or before your first rental date and time, and for all rentals thereafter. |

Please help us keep our facility
clean and maintenance free by providing supervision of your children on
and off the fields, as well as cleaning up the areas that were used by
your group.

NOTE:
Because of the credit card fees we are charged by the bank, if you are
paying by credit card, a 4% fee of your total invoice will be added to your
total amount due. Again, this is only if you are paying by credit card.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
**Reservation
cancellations must be made 24 hours in
advance.
**Reservation cancellations
made without a 24 hour notice your credit card will
be charged as follows:
For a reservation of 2 hours or less
your credit card will be charged a $30 fee.
For a reservation of 3 or more hours
your credit card will be charged a $75 fee.
**Reservation cancellations
made 1 hour or less from reserved time or you do not
show up at all,
your credit card will be charged the FULL rental amount
plus the 4% credit card fee.
